COMMISSIONED BY THE MUTUAL IN ASSOCIATION WITH GLASGOW INTERNATIONAL FESTIVAL OF VISUAL ART (RUNNING APRIL 20TH - MAY 7TH 2012)
This project could develop in any number of directions, it is impossible to predict how exactly it will manifest itself in terms of it's content. All that is certain is that 12 emerging artists (including a duo) will each make a rule for a manifesto. These individual rules will then be collated and each artist that has been chosen to partake in the project will then create a new piece of work or project, which will be exhibited as part of The Mutual Charter for Glasgow International Festival of Visual Art 2012 according to these rules.
